Paper cups those serve tea to passengers are floating around with the images of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah in the Delhi-Amritsar Shatabdi Express. In this regard, the Indian Railways has ordered a probe into the case.
“We are in a thought that they went by mistake. But If it is proved that this was done deliberately, then the accused will be severely charged,” said Neeraj Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer of Northern Railway.
A few days ago, paper cups carrying photographs of PM Modi and Mr Shah along with an appeal to join the BJP, were found lying on the floor of Delhi-Amritsar Shatabdi Express. Local Congress leader Virender Sharma attacked the NDA government over this issue.
